Meet the family behind the miles
Farm life, campground nights, and lessons earned the real way.
Hi, I’m Jason—a lifelong camper, full-time remote worker, part-time farmhand, husband, dad, and the person most likely to learn an RV lesson the wet way.

Home base
Our adventures start in Virginia’s Blue Ridge foothills.
Our small farm is closer to a petting zoo: three horses, a mini mule, chickens, two potbelly pigs, and around eight goats—depending on who has escaped the fence that day.
Add a senior rescue hound, an energetic border collie, two Great Pyrenees, our daughter, and a travel trailer, and you get the wonderfully busy life behind RV Fam Adventure.

A few lessons already earned
The memorable mistakes make the best advice.
Our starter camper taught us plenty. There was the toilet flush that sent fresh water across the floor because the camper had not been properly winterized. The dogs loved their surprise splash pad. I did not.
There was also the midnight toe-stubbing incident that ended with the dogs claiming the kitchenette as their permanent sleeping quarters. Everyone rests better now.
Those are the stories we share here: useful, honest, occasionally ridiculous, and never written from a showroom.
